Full Stack Developer & Data Scientist Trading (M/F) 80-100% - 12-month Fixed-term Contract

Active in Western Switzerland, we help our clients realise their projects by providing comprehensive, efficient and sustainable energy solutions, whether it be electricity and heat production and distribution, electrical installations, home automation, soft mobility, air conditioning or water treatment. The Electrical Energy Division operates hydraulic and thermal production infrastructures, develops production facilities from renewable energies and ensures electricity supply under the best conditions.

For a commitment with a maximum duration contract of 12 months, we are looking for our future colleague.

Mission:

• Ensure the quality of critical data flows according to current standards
• Manage the migration of pricing tools from Excel to robust and scalable SQL architectures
• Design interfaces that synthesise the data used by Trading
• Optimise application and database performance (vectorisation, cache, SQL views, database structuring)
• Contribute to the development, securing and industrialisation of solutions (APIs, Docker, CI/CD), respecting confidentiality standards

Profile:

• Master’s level education (EPFL, HEC, university or HES) in Computer Science, Data Science, Financial Engineering or equivalent field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in software development (full-stack) and/or data engineering
• Strong technical skills in SQL and relational databases, Python development and modern web frameworks (Flask, React or Vue.js)
• Experience in data engineering, MLOps and industrialisation of solutions (ETL, pipeline orchestration, Docker, CI/CD, cloud environment)
• Good understanding of trading systems and financial markets, with proficiency in French and technical English (essential)
