The Department of Ageing and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for older people through Spitex and the five senior centres. For Spitex City of Winterthur we are looking for a committed individual from 1 August 2026 or by arrangement.

Specialist Nurse (80%) Spitex
Your Tasks
- Ensuring quality assurance as well as the implementation or application of evidence-based expertise and concepts for quality development
- Analysing complex care and nursing situations
- Ensuring the nursing process for our clients (with case responsibility)
- Deputising for the team leader during their absence
- Participation in working groups or projects
Your Profile
- Qualification as a certified nurse HF / FH and at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in Spitex
- Additional training (e.g. Palliative Care) desirable
- Confident use of IT programmes (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)
- Mobile by bicycle and in possession of a driving licence
