For our client, an established Swiss industrial company in the Baden AG area, we are looking for a reliable and quality-conscious individual as a Polymechanic CNC Turning / Series Production 80-100% (m/f).
In this role, you will take on tasks in CNC turning production. You set up machines, monitor ongoing production, and ensure that quality, dimensional accuracy, and production specifications are met.
- Manufacturing individual parts, small series or series according to drawings and specifications
- Performing dimensional checks, quality inspections and corrections
- Monitoring ongoing production and recognising deviations
- Changing and adjusting tools, clamping devices and fixtures
- Supporting process improvements, tool optimisation and technical adjustments
- Maintaining machines and ensuring a clean workplace
- Collaborating with production, quality assurance and production management
- Experience in CNC turning or mechanical manufacturing
- Confident handling of measuring instruments, drawings and tolerances
- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens or comparable controls is an advantage
- Quality-conscious, reliable and precise working style
- Enjoyment of stable manufacturing processes and technical responsibility
- Team-oriented and resilient personality
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written

Profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, CNC mechanic or comparable qualification- Experience in CNC turning or mechanical manufacturing
