Operational Buyer

Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the operational purchasing of defined product groups (including therapy materials, medical consumables, household products)
- Independent execution and coordination of ordering processes taking into account the requirements of the healthcare sector
- Active management and maintenance of supplier relationships as well as conducting supplier negotiations
- Ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods and services that comply with legal and medical standards
- Close collaboration with specialist departments to ensure optimal material supply and process workflows
- Monitoring and documentation of delivery deadlines, order quantities, and prices, considering budget guidelines
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or technical training, further education in purchasing
- At least 3 years of professional experience in operational purchasing, ideally in healthcare or a similar sector
- Experience with SAP MM module
- Sound knowledge of supplier management and procurement processes
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
- Organisational talent and a high degree of initiative as well as the ability to work independently and solution-oriented.
