Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 110,000Role:
As a property manager at our ROCKEN partner, you will manage a portfolio of rental properties from a technical and administrative perspective. You are responsible for lease management, monitoring payment receipts, and handling accounting tasks. In communication with tenants, owners, and service providers, you organise tenant changes and implement maintenance and renovation measures.
Responsibilities:
* You manage the technical and administrative aspects of your property portfolio using the W&W Immotop2 system.
* You oversee lease agreements throughout the entire contract period and conduct contract negotiations and renewals.
* You monitor rental payments, handle debt collection, and prepare service charge statements as well as profit and loss accounts.
* You organise and independently conduct property viewings, handovers, and inspections.
* As a contact person, you maintain communication with tenants, owners, and service providers.
* Implementing maintenance work and renovation measures is also part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications:
* You have completed a commercial basic education complemented by further training in property management, preferably with a federal diploma.
* You bring at least five years of professional experience in the real estate sector as well as accounting knowledge.
* You possess good expertise in tenancy law and property management.
* You perform your tasks independently and in a structured manner.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team characterise you in dealing with various stakeholders.
* Good German and English skills complete your profile.
