SMD Operator (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Operation and monitoring of modern SMT/SMD production lines in shift work
- Setup and conversion of placement machines, printing machines, and reflow soldering systems
- Execution of production orders according to specifications and manufacturing documents
- Ensuring a smooth production process regarding quality, quantity, and deadlines
- Monitoring and control of manufacturing processes and product quality
- Carrying out maintenance, cleaning, and servicing work on the equipment
- Support in fault analysis and troubleshooting in the production process
- Compliance with quality, safety, and process requirements
- Documentation of production and test data
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments for continuous process improvement
Your Profile
- Completed technical training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in electronics manufacturing or in the SMT/SMD production area
- Sound knowledge in operating and monitoring SMT production lines
- Experience with paste stencil printing, paste inspection, placement machines, reflow ovens, and AOI systems
- Technical understanding and strong affinity for automated production equipment
- Independent, careful, and quality-conscious working style
- Team-oriented, reliable, and resilient personality
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- High sense of responsibility and pronounced quality awareness
