What you can achieve

• Operate, monitor and control our modern filling and processing plants – including settings, format changes and monitoring of important process parameters.
• Ensure with product-specific quality and process controls that our pasteurised milk always meets the highest quality requirements.
• Contribute your ideas, identify optimisation potential and actively participate in continuously developing processes, workflows and plant settings.
• Analyse malfunctions together with your team, find sustainable solutions and contribute to stable and efficient plant operation.
• Carry out cleaning, maintenance and inspection work carefully and ensure that our plants are always ready for use.

What you bring with you

• You have completed vocational training as a plant operator EFZ or have a comparable technical education and ideally have already gained experience in an industrial production company in the food industry.
• You are willing to work in a 3- or 4-shift system and appreciate a dynamic production environment.
• You remain calm even in hectic situations, analyse challenges in a structured way and develop sustainable solutions together with your team.
• You are passionate about technology and enjoy not only operating production plants safely but also continuously developing them together with your team.
• You work reliably, take responsibility and convince with a high quality and hygiene awareness as well as good German skills.
