Cash Manager for Corporate Clients

Your main tasks:

• sell treasury products in collaboration with corporate advisors,
• advise clients on the various integrated management software or ERP available,
• provide technical support to clients for connecting their accounting and management systems to the BCV system, including their multi-bank software,
• support companies in innovation, technological evolution and updates, in relation to the evolution of the payments and collections market,
• train clients in the use of tools (BCV-Net, bexio,...),
• independent handling of support requests regarding external and internal cash management,
• bring expertise to migration and product development projects (formalising specifications, feasibility studies...),
• promote BCV digital products,
• monitor innovations launched on the market to keep the sales force's knowledge up to date.

Your profile:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in technical consulting for integrated management software or ERP available on the market,
• excellent knowledge of payment/collection standards and solutions, as well as multi-bank management (PAIN, SEPA, CAMT, etc...),
• excellent understanding of the corporate market,
• strong customer orientation and proven interest in new technologies,
• autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit,
• fluency in French, knowledge of English is an asset.
