As an M365 Solution Engineer (m/f/d), you bring modern working methods with Microsoft 365 (M365) into the daily lives of customers. Technical depth and consulting go hand in hand for you. You configure solutions around Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot, moderate workshops, and translate between technology and business. You work closely with development, cloud engineering, and security.
Responsibilities:
You advise customers on the optimal use of Microsoft 365 and complementary collaboration tools.
You independently configure the M365 environment and coordinate further developments with the involved specialist roles.
Furthermore, you lead customer workshops alone or together with the team.
You apply new technologies and modern methods practically in projects.
Additionally, you support sales in presentations and offer preparation.
You also actively develop the service offering further.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience in a comparable consulting or engineering role.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 with Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot characterises you; certifications are welcome.
You communicate convincingly, build trust, and recognise what customers really need.
You master both technical language and everyday language equally, thus bridging the gap between technology and people.
Additionally, knowledge of change management methods is a plus or you want to develop in this area.
You also communicate at a native level in German; Swiss German is an advantage.
