Dispatcher (f/m)

We are looking for our client for a:

Dispatcher (f/m)

Your tasks:

• Planning and organisation of transports taking into account customer requirements, routes, vehicle capacities and legal regulations
• Order acceptance, processing and dispatching in close cooperation with customers, suppliers and internal departments
• Coordination and monitoring of the vehicle fleet and drivers
• Administrative tasks in the area of ARV and LSVA as well as ensuring compliance with legal requirements
• Planning of vehicle maintenance, repairs as well as holiday and deployment planning of drivers

• Completed training in logistics, transport, forwarding or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in dispatching, ideally in the transport sector
• Sound knowledge of transport and logistics processes as well as legal regulations (ARV/LSVA)
• Driving licence category CE and valid CZV card
• Good knowledge of German and French
• Strong organisational skills, reliable and solution-oriented personality
