Nurse with Additional Responsibilities in Vocational Training for the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery / ENT 80-100%

Your Areas of Responsibility
- Together with the responsible vocational trainer of the ward, you share responsibility for the training of our apprentices and students
- You actively support and accompany the trainees in their development into qualified professionals
- Within the learning and working community (LAG), you work closely with the trainees in all shifts directly at the patient’s bedside
- With commitment and enthusiasm, you design individual learning processes, pass on your expertise and promote a positive learning environment
- In regular discussions, you purposefully apply your communication skills
- Additionally, you take on the holistic care of patients as well as the independent planning, organisation and implementation of nursing measures
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF or FH and initial professional experience (ideally 1-2 years) in an acute hospital
- An additional pedagogical qualification (e.g. SVEB 1) is an advantage; if not available, you will be supported in obtaining it
- Interest and enjoyment in guiding and promoting young adults
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Motivation to develop both professionally and personally
