What you will achieve.

• As section manager, you are responsible for the realisation of the three new tunnels in the Zurich Stadelhofen project, ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, and safety regulations.
• You are part of the SBB project management team and work closely with the overall project management and adjacent sections within the project.
• With your strong communication skills and confident demeanour, you ensure good collaboration with clients, authorities, offices, residents, or other builders.
• Thanks to your solid experience in managing construction projects, you independently and competently handle the project phases from ongoing construction and approval projects through tendering and subsequent execution; you lead the internal specialist project managers, commissioned engineering offices, and executing companies in a goal-oriented manner.
• You conduct the procurement of external planning, consulting, and construction services economically and in compliance with legal requirements and subsequently maintain a partnership-based collaboration in fulfilling the contracts.
• You contribute to the digital management of the project and play a significant role in its further development.

• You have many years of experience in managing complex construction projects and sound knowledge in project management and in the planning, design, and execution of comparable projects.
• A completed university or university of applied sciences degree with a focus on construction / architecture / construction economics / transport is required.
• You are proficient in German (at least C1 level).
