You will join our team to ensure the smooth running of production activities by providing close operational and technical support and collaborating in the development and fine-tuning of new products.

Your mission

• You actively participate in the development of new products
• You carry out production estimates for the preparation of offers
• You perform programming and various technical instructions for the items to be produced
• You provide technical support to Swiss turners in case of issues during setup or production
• You initiate continuous improvement initiatives and actively participate in process optimisation
• You ensure the follow-up of maintenance and repair interventions
• You monitor production targets and manage deviations

Your profile

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a production mechanic, polymechanic, Swiss turner or equivalent training
• You are comfortable with programming
• You have experience on one or more of our CNC machines (Micro 8, Deco 10, Deco 13, Swiss Nano, Citizen R04, R07, B12, C16, M16, L12, Tsugami B0126, P034E)
• Knowledge of an ERP system would be an asset
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• You have an analytical mind and are proactive
