Your Tasks

• You will be challenged in complex nursing situations, for example during patient admission
• You independently coordinate the ward routine and take on daily responsibility
• As a key contact person, you take responsibility for the nursing process, with the patients at the centre and involved
• You participate in the further development of a constructive team culture with communication on an equal footing
• You contribute to high patient satisfaction through competence and relationship building
• Through a professional attitude and critical (co-)thinking, you can help optimise structures and processes

Your Profile

• You are a certified nurse HF/FH (or hold an equivalent diploma from abroad recognised in Switzerland)
• You have experience in psychiatry or experience in somatics with an interest in psychiatry
• You are enthusiastic about interprofessional collaboration and complex psychiatric issues
• You contribute your valuable experience and actively participate in maintaining and optimising our high quality standards
• You work professionally and focused, maintaining the necessary calm and professionalism even in demanding and hectic situations
