Your area of responsibility
- Professional and personnel leadership of the team
- Responsible for
- the sale of spare parts, renovations, and revisions
- efficient order processing, reporting, and billing from the offer to installation - You act as the central contact person for spare parts, technical documentation, and internal specialist questions
- You support customer service with technical clarifications and customer inquiries and clarify technical specifications with manufacturing plants and third-party suppliers
- Furthermore, you plan, organize, and conduct internal training in spare parts management
What you bring with you
- Technical basic training as well as further training to become a technical sales clerk or a comparable qualification
- 5–6 years of professional experience in mechanical or plant engineering or in a mechanical-technical environment
- Leadership experience of a team of about 8–10 employees
- Very good German and good French skills (B2), Italian is an advantage
- Structured, independent working style with a hands-on mentality
- Organizational strength, prioritization skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
