Quality Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Process quotation requests (check technical feasibility, determine raw materials)

• Create internal specifications

• Create relevant guideline documents and quality standards

• Develop quality planning and inspection planning

• Evaluate the quality situation in selected productions and quality deviations (complaint management)

• Handle complaints using analyses and reports

• Specification management, advise customers regarding product specification/definition

• Train departments on new/complex processes

• Statistical evaluations and analysis of production data as well as leading Sigma projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a paper technologist

• Further education in quality assurance/quality management

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or comparable training is an advantage

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the paper industry is an advantage

• Very good knowledge of Minitab, FMEA and 8D methodology

• Experience in moderating workshops and improvement projects

• Audit experience (internal and/or external) is an advantage

• Structured, analytical and independent working style
