On behalf of one of our partners, we are looking for an Electroplater (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will prepare and carry out series changes while ensuring process stability.
• You will provide technical support to operators and intervene in resolving production issues.
• You will participate in analysing malfunctions and implementing continuous improvement actions.
• You will train, support and replace operators when necessary.
• You will support the trainer of apprentice electroplaters and contribute to the transmission of trade know-how.

Your profile:

• You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electroplater.
• You have excellent mastery of the equipment and production processes related to your field.
• You are familiar with basic problem-solving tools and continuous improvement approaches.
• You are comfortable with common IT and office tools.
• You are recognised for your leadership, methodical mindset and ability to unite teams.
• You show initiative, good interpersonal skills and enjoy sharing knowledge.
• You are solution-oriented, autonomous and possess a strong team spirit.
