Head of Internal Audit, 80-100%
Your area of responsibility
Leadership and organisation of the Internal Audit department
Development and implementation of the annual risk-oriented audit plan in alignment with the bank's objectives and regulatory requirements
Planning and conducting audits
Reporting to the Bank Council and Executive Management on audit results, conclusions and recommended measures
Coordination of audit activities with the external audit firm
Your profile
Advanced business education and further training as a certified public accountant or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
Several years of professional experience in internal or external auditing as well as leadership experience
Very good knowledge of the financial sector
Analytical thinking combined with assertiveness and strong communication skills
Experience and knowledge in data analytics is a plus
