You manage our HR applications and continuously develop their functions together with HR and IT.
You analyse requirements, configure systems and implement optimisations as well as new digital HR processes.
You automate recurring processes and support the introduction and further development of modern HR tools.
You create HR reports, dashboards and key figures and prepare data clearly for various stakeholders.
You ensure reliable master data and support interfaces, error analyses and everyday support issues.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial, business administration or IT-related education with an interest in HR systems.
You are already familiar with Abacus HR or have experience with comparable HR applications.
You understand personnel processes and can translate professional requirements into practical system solutions.
You work confidently with Excel and are interested in reporting, data quality and automation.
You work independently, carefully and solution-oriented and appreciate collaboration with different departments.
