YOUR TASKS
Would you like to take on an independent, demanding role in a modern and dynamic private clinic? We are looking for proactive and responsible candidates who enjoy holistic care and first-class individual work.
- Accompanying and supporting patients and their relatives in the operating department
- Independent preparation, instrumentation, and assistance in the specialist areas of orthopaedics/traumatology, neuro- and visceral surgery, jaw and ENT
- Preparing procedures and assisting with positioning according to existing protocols while considering safety measures
- Proactive, committed, and reliable instrumentation during all procedures within our broad surgical spectrum
- Taking on day, late, and on-call duties (no night shifts)
In your additional role as a vocational trainer, you will undertake the following tasks:
- You are jointly responsible for the training and development of students
- Competent guidance and support of students to practise and train new actions, skills, and competencies
- Professional implementation of the educational mandate according to the training concept
YOUR PROFILE
- Diploma as a Specialist in Surgical Technology
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in our core areas of orthopaedics and traumatology
- Ideally professional experience in education or willingness to acquire this
- Enjoyment in working with students and imparting knowledge in both practical and theoretical areas
- High resilience and flexibility as well as strong professional and social skills
- Good user knowledge of common PC applications
