In collaboration with our client, an industrial company in the Biel region, we are looking by arrangement for a Controller 80-100%. The company is an internationally oriented business specialising in highly precise products and technological solutions and holds a strong market position in its segment. Your tasks with the new employer

• You take responsibility in production controlling and ensure transparent cost structures as well as sound evaluations along the value chain
• By developing and monitoring relevant key figures, you create a reliable basis for business management decisions
• You analyse performance, capacity utilisation, and margin data and derive concrete recommendations for action for management
• In close cooperation with various stakeholders, you participate in planning processes and actively drive the further development of controlling tools and processes

You offer your new employer

• You have a completed degree in business administration, controlling, or finance or a comparable qualification with appropriate further training
• Several years of practical experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial environment, enable you to quickly take on the role
• With very good German and English skills as well as confident handling of Excel and common reporting or ERP systems, you are well equipped
• Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and the ability to communicate complex contexts clearly characterise you
