About the job
We are looking for reinforcement for our Service Desk. You will support our users in all matters related to IT systems and infrastructure (clinical information system, hospital specialist applications, MS Office, printers, etc.). You will receive requests and issues in our Service Desk, process them or forward them to the downstream specialist departments.
The position is initially limited to 1 year with the option of extension.
Start date immediate or by arrangement.
How to become part of our team
- Completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ or ICT technician EFZ and/or further training in the field of IT
- Experience in IT support, ideally in healthcare
- Initial experience in application support is an advantage
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
What awaits you
- Locating, narrowing down and resolving IT faults (1st-level and 2nd-level support)
- Supporting hospital staff with hardware and software concerns (on-site and remote)
- Maintaining and updating IT documentation as well as end-user manuals
