On behalf of our client - a leading and established Swiss mobility service provider in the Bern area - we are looking for a communicative personality who lives customer service with passion and shines as a bilingual organisational talent.

The Mission
In this key role, you will resolve demanding issues through direct dialogue and create tangible enthusiasm among the members:

• You competently and solution-orientedly handle diverse enquiries via telephone and correspondence.

• You provide comprehensive advice on modern mobility offers, digital features, and e-mobility solutions.

• You support the front-line support and internal interfaces as a professional contact person.

• You professionally look after business customers on topics related to corporate cards and legal additional services.

• You provide support in the use of web applications and mobile apps.

Your profile
