Project Assistant

About the job

We are looking for a project assistant to join our team and actively participate in the administrative follow-up of our company and our construction projects.

A true support in daily organisation, you will work in collaboration with our site managers and will ensure both the administrative management of the office and the monitoring of our projects in Messerli.

A varied position that requires rigour, autonomy and a good knowledge of the construction field.

Your responsibilities

Secretarial and administration

Managing telephone calls, mail and emails

Handling correspondence

Filing and managing documents

Various administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running of the office

Administrative follow-up of projects

Administrative management of projects

Preparation and monitoring of documents related to construction sites

Establishment and monitoring of company contracts and amendments

Preparation and organisation of project documentation

Entry and processing of payments in Messerli

Collaboration with the person responsible for the financial monitoring and control of projects

Your profile

Commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC)

Professional experience in the construction field essential

Good command of Messerli software

Very good command of MS Office tools

Excellent organisational and priority management skills

Rigorous, autonomous and proactive person

Very good command of French, both spoken and written

Driving licence B
