Your role
As a Senior Talent Scout, you build your own recruiting business under the umbrella of JobTalente.
You decide which industries, companies, and talents you want to support. You acquire clients, maintain long-term relationships, and accompany candidates until their successful job start.
JobTalente provides you with the platform, infrastructure, and ongoing support. This allows you to focus on the core business: bringing together what belongs together.
Your tasks and development
- Building a client & candidate network
- Acquiring mandates and managing clients
- Identifying suitable specialists & executives
- Supporting the entire recruiting process
- Developing long-term relationships with companies & talents
- You bring your experience and network directly into your own business
Entrepreneurial mindset
- Good understanding of companies & people
- Enjoyment of consulting, recruiting & client contact
- Existing network
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Digitally savvy & use of LinkedIn & co. is a given

Recruiting experience is a plus but not a mandatory requirement. What counts is your personality, your network, your market knowledge, and your entrepreneurial drive.

Attractive participation model
Your success should pay off:
* One-time entry fee: CHF 15,000
* Up to CHF 250,000 annual turnover, you receive 70% of the revenue
* Any revenue above CHF 250,000 belongs 100% to you
