Our client is a leading international organisation dedicated to improving global health by expanding access to essential medicines and medical products worldwide, operating large-scale procurement programmes across diverse markets and stakeholders.
Description
- Manage end-to-end procurement transactions from demand validation to order execution
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant purchase requests
- Monitor order flows, identify bottlenecks and resolve transactional issues
- Support demand planning and forecasting across a portfolio of international programmes
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and governance frameworks
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- Analyse procurement data to improve performance and operational efficiency
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain processes
- Support supplier and service provider performance tracking
- Drive service quality and responsiveness in a complex, multi-country environment
Profile
- Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or related field
- First experience (or strong internship) in procurement, supply chain or operations
- Good understanding of procure-to-pay processes and transactional flows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
- Fluent English (mandatory), French/Spanish is a strong asset
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working with systems and data (ERP / procurement tools is a plus)
