Service Technician HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary) - m/f/d

• Operation and maintenance of building technical systems and their installations
• Execution of repairs and installations on various ventilation, sanitary, and heating systems
• Independent planning and execution of maintenance activities and repairs
• Condition assessments and fault analysis
• Obtaining supplier quotations
• Assistance with maintenance and repairs across the entire HVACSE area

• Completed vocational training as a ventilation technician, sanitary technician, heating technician, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Proven professional experience, ideally in commercial or industrial maintenance
• Knowledge of building management systems required (user level)
• Knowledge of building technical and/or industrial systems desirable
• Reliable and independent working style
• Good manners, a neat appearance, and confident demeanour
• Team spirit and willingness to participate in on-call duty
• Car driving licence
• Confident use of IT
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
