tasks

• you accompany children and young people in everyday life as well as in meaningful and individual leisure activities
• in doing so, you also shape and organise group life, group activities and the household
• in addition, you help ensure that children and young people can build trust, further develop their strengths and prepare for the future through stability and support. 
• furthermore, you convey values and skills through a protected, safe place so that they can master their later life independently

requirements

• you have training as a social pedagogue
• you are also willing to work irregular hours including on-call duties
• do you consider yourself well organised, humorous and creative?
