Your Tasks
- You care for adolescents with psychosomatic and psychiatric challenges by actively involving their families in the residential area.
- Together with the adolescents, their parents and our multiprofessional team, you design individual care.
- You consistently adhere to our high quality standards and contribute to continuous development.
- You express your creative streak by organising varied group activities that bring joy to all.
- As a companion, you support our aspiring nursing students HF/FH on their path.
Your Profile
- You hold a diploma in nursing HF or FH or in social pedagogy, which underlines your solid expertise.
- You are well acquainted with working with adolescents and their families in a milieu-therapeutic environment.
- You are a team player through and through and shine through your cooperative working style.
- Thanks to your flexibility, you keep an overview and remain calm even in challenging situations.
- Your willingness to take responsibility makes you a valuable support in our team.
