To complement our team in the canton of Schwyz, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a social pedagogue at 60-100%.

Your Responsibilities

• Individual social pedagogical support
• Key worker duties & support planning
• Crisis intervention & conflict management
• Co-design of group activities & workshops
• Networking with specialist agencies and authorities
• Promotion of integration into education & the world of work

Your Profile

• HF/FH qualification in social pedagogy or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in social pedagogical work
• German C1, English B2
• Independent, appreciative working style
• Openness to multicultural collaboration
