Context:

My client, an innovative player in the technology sector, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to strengthen their Maintenance & Infrastructure team. You will join a dynamic and rapidly growing organisation where interdisciplinary collaboration, innovation, and turning ideas into concrete solutions are at the heart of the strategy.

Main missions:

• Ensure corrective and preventive maintenance in the fields of electronics and mechanics on various installations: mechanical and laser machining machines, surface treatment equipment, etc.;
• Diagnose faults and intervene on sensors, indicators, motors, axes, and various machine components;
• Install, check, and adjust motors and axes, including CNC compensations;
• Modify and optimise existing equipment by integrating new sensors, accessories, or electrical and mechanical components; actively participate in improving the performance and reliability of production machines;
• Monitor equipment using surveillance software and resolve identified malfunctions;
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to machines and various building infrastructure elements;
• Collaborate with the R&D department on various projects, notably in design with Inventor, automation, and the creation of mechanical prototypes and 3D printing;
• Contribute to optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives for the installations.

Profile sought:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an automation technician, electrician, or a Higher Technical School diploma in a similar field (or equivalent training considered);
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an industrial environment;
• Experience with CNC controls. FANUC and Beckhoff are an advantage;
• Good mechanical knowledge is a plus;
• Good knowledge of French and German (minimum B1 level) is mandatory. English is an asset;
• Autonomous and responsible, you work methodically, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, while appreciating strong interdisciplinary collaboration with various company departments.
