Your Impact with Us

You lead, promote and further develop the broker and sales support team, ensure efficient operational processes and are responsible for the corresponding controlling. Additionally, you maintain exchange with brokers, conduct negotiations with them on an equal footing and build sustainable business relationships.

As a member of the management team, you actively contribute to the strategic and operational direction of the General Agency and bring in your ideas. 

Your Profile

• Completed training in the insurance sector as well as qualification as an insurance intermediary VBV, all-branch profile (according to the Insurance Supervision Act a prerequisite for this role)
• Federal specialist certificate as an insurance specialist, certified insurance economist HF or an equivalent further education
• Good business management knowledge
• Confident demeanour and engaging personality
• Enjoyment in collaboration and leading employees 
• Initiative, resilience and high reliability
• Strong communication, negotiation and assertiveness skills
