Employee* Order Processing & Logistics 50-70%

For our successful client in the B2B sector in the greater Lucerne area, we are looking for an employee* for order processing & logistics 50-70% by arrangement

Tasks

• Processing customer orders (email, ERP system PROFFIX)
• Inventory management and planning of replenishment orders with our main supplier in Germany (coordination with freight forwarder)
• Preparation of delivery notes, invoices, shipping documents and quotations
• Maintenance of master data in the ERP system
• Support with administrative tasks and customer correspondence

Requirements

• Completed commercial basic training
• Experience in order processing, quotation management and inventory control
• Back-office experience
• German at native speaker level, French skills advantageous
