We are looking for a Programmer passionate about technical machining to support our growth and ensure machine preparation with surgical precision. Your main tasks
Initially planned at 50%, the position may evolve to 80% if you have design skills in SolidWorks.Under the responsibility of the production manager, you play a key role in the value chain: CAM programming: Create, optimise and simulate machining programmes using Alphacam software on 5-axis CNC milling machines.
Machining & Setting: Perform the setting and specific machining operations necessary for setting preparation. Machine setup and production: Make adjustments on CNC machines and validate the first parts as well as series production.
Optimisation: Improve machining processes to provide perfect support to the setters. Collaboration: Work closely with the setting workshop to meet the highest aesthetic and technical requirements.
CAD (Optional - Extension of working time):Create technical drawings and design complex fixtures on SolidWorks.
Qualifications
Technical expertise: You must master Alphacam and have solid experience in machining (precision milling).
Specific know-how: Knowledge of constraints related to setting (setting operations) is MANDATORY
Mastery of SolidWorks CAD is an advantage
Autonomy: Able to manage your priorities on a part-time basis of 50% or 80% to be defined (flexibility possible on the distribution of hours).
Integrity: A clean criminal record is required for this position due to the nature of the components handled.
