Job Description

In this demanding leadership role, you share overall entrepreneurial responsibility for the Bellevue Parkhotel & Spa together with the second Co-Director and report directly to the overall board of directors. You bear full operational responsibility for the areas of restaurant (including service and kitchen) as well as housekeeping and maintenance.

Leadership in the Co-Director Model

Within your area of responsibility, you have comprehensive leadership, design, and recruitment competencies and independently take responsibility for the results as well as the strategic and operational development of these areas.

Together with the second Co-Director (reception, marketing/sales, finance and accounting, general administration), you form a well-coordinated leadership team. You complement each other professionally and personally, represent each other, and jointly ensure that guests, employees, and owners can always rely on professional and future-oriented management.

Qualifications

As a host personality, you significantly shape the establishment. You are present on site and actively support the specialists. You are also the first point of contact for guests and business partners and act as a figure of identification for the corporate culture, service quality, and values of the Bellevue Parkhotel & Spa with your professionalism and natural authority.

You hold a degree from a Swiss hotel management school, ideally complemented by a basic gastronomic education. In addition, you bring solid experience as an F&B manager or in a comparable leadership role – ideally, you have gained your knowledge both in traditional gastronomy or four- or five-star hotel management as well as in system gastronomy. Your business management knowledge, your understanding of controlling, and your affinity for digitalisation and new technologies enable you to lead your areas successfully and with a future-oriented approach. German is your mother tongue or first language. At the same time, you have good spoken English and French skills.

More important than your professional background is your personality: you are an entrepreneurial-minded leader with strong implementation skills and high social competence. You lead clearly, reliably, and by example and know how to inspire employees for common goals.
