Technical Buyer 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Clarify technical requirements for components and assemblies.
Coordinate concerns between design, assembly, production, and quality.
Develop internal processes for manufacturing and procurement further.
Procure technical components on an operational and strategic level.
Analyse existing suppliers and further develop the portfolio.
Negotiate with suppliers and identify cost reduction potentials.
Support technical decisions in plant and mechanical engineering.
Optimise procurement processes considering technical and economic requirements.
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training with further education in the technical or commercial field.
Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in mechanical or plant engineering.
Sound knowledge of technical procurement processes and supplier management.
Good understanding of technical contexts and business impacts.
Experience with SAP R/3 and common MS Office applications.
Confident and cooperative manner in dealing with various contacts.
Very good German and good English skills for communication with suppliers and internal departments.
