HR Business Partner (100%)
A close HR partner for production teams and their managers
Your responsibilities:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you are the close contact for managers and production teams. You contribute to defining and deploying effective, innovative and engaging human resource management. You lead the recruitment of technical and production profiles, while supporting, advising and challenging managers in managing complex situations, in compliance with Swiss labour law. You handle the onboarding of new employees, the preparation and follow-up of the integration process, as well as probationary period reviews. You also ensure the follow-up of activities related to the employee life cycle and oversee the implementation on the ground of policies defined at group level. You facilitate internal training workshops on HR processes and contribute to various internal projects, notably those related to the evolution of HR policies and practices. Finally, you provide backup for the HR administrator in managing absences and entering payroll variables.
Your profile:
Holding a federal diploma in Human Resources Management or an equivalent qualification, you have around five years of proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, ideally gained in an industrial or production environment. You have developed solid hands-on experience in supporting individuals and groups within a demanding and constantly evolving sector. Autonomous, positive and dynamic, you demonstrate a true team spirit while being solution-oriented and proactive. Your analytical skills, agility and adaptability enable you to cope with the unexpected and remain calm when priorities accelerate. You know how to challenge appropriately, in a direct and constructive manner, to advance situations and teams. You have good knowledge of Swiss labour law and reside in Switzerland.
