You are the technical contact for modern workplace solutions and accompany customers from the initial concept to stable operation. In doing so, you combine deep Microsoft know-how with consulting competence and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
Responsibilities:
You analyse customer requirements and develop suitable modern and digital workplace concepts.
You plan, implement, and migrate complex Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
You are responsible for Microsoft 365 tenants including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Entra ID and ensure their security and compliance configuration.
You develop modern identity and access management solutions with Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Passkeys, and hybrid identity architectures.
You design and operate Microsoft Intune for desktop and mobile endpoints – including Autopilot, compliance policies, and application deployment.
With PowerShell, you automate operational processes, configurations, and recurring tasks.
You operate Windows Server and client platforms with Active Directory, GPO, PKI, and lifecycle management.
You contribute your knowledge in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, virtualisation, as well as network and firewall topics.
You support in 2nd and 3rd level support for complex faults.
You take on the technical lead for digital workplace for important customers.
You support junior and professional engineers in their professional development and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience as a senior or expert system engineer.
You possess sound knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, and PKI.
You bring very good practical experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
You are familiar with Conditional Access, MFA, Passkeys, and hybrid identity architectures.
You have very good knowledge of PowerShell and automation.
You have experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and ideally with virtualisation.
You bring a basic understanding of enterprise networks, firewalls, and Microsoft Teams Voice.
You work independently, responsibly, and solution-oriented.
You communicate very confidently in German and enjoy direct customer contact.
