About the job
The Fondation de Nant organises all public psychiatric care in the eastern Vaud region. It fulfils a public health mission on behalf of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to all, children, adolescents, adults and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron and Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut. They are provided by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators and other mental health professionals. The Fondation de Nant is a member of the Federation of Vaud Hospitals (FHV), the umbrella organisation of recognised regional hospitals of public interest in Vaud. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d’Enhaut with those from the Vaud and Valais Chablais. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, the Fondation de Nant currently identifies with its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is reflected through its practices, training and openness to other approaches.

Training Manager 80-100%
THE MISSION
Within the framework of the reorganisation of our Training division, you will be responsible for managing the training system of the Fondation de Nant. In close collaboration with the Human Relations Directorate, to which you will report, you will participate in the definition and implementation of the training policy, coordinate the entire training process (planning, organisation, administrative and budgetary monitoring, reporting) and ensure that the institution’s skills development needs are met. You will also coordinate with the Haut-Léman Training Institute (IFHL) and represent the Fondation within this body.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
For this position, we seek a person who is organised, autonomous and proactive, recognised for their sense of organisation and coordination skills. You are comfortable with cross-functional collaborations, know how to structure processes, ensure rigorous monitoring of files and support projects involving various stakeholders. You demonstrate good analytical skills, initiative and are able to identify skills development needs and translate them into relevant training actions. You hold a qualification in pedagogy or adult education (federal certificate, HES diploma or equivalent), enabling you to understand the challenges related to training engineering and skills development. Experience in a similar role is an asset.
