You are versatile, organised and enjoy the varied tasks related to concierge and caretaking? You want to contribute to the comfort and safety of the users of municipal buildings? This position is made for you!

Your mission

As a concierge, you independently ensure the cleaning, maintenance and routine upkeep of municipal buildings. You ensure the proper functioning of the facilities and help provide a clean, welcoming and secure environment for users.

Your main activities:

• Independently carry out all tasks related to the cleaning and maintenance of municipal buildings according to the planning, protocols and established processes
• Collaborate, if necessary, in organising and ensuring the smooth running of various municipal events
• Participate in winter service duties
• Contribute to the training and supervision of apprentices.

Your profile:

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an operations agent or an equivalent qualification
• You have professional experience in cleaning or caretaking
• You show an interest in public service
• You have a welcoming manner and good interpersonal skills
• Autonomous and versatile, you are able to carry out minor routine repairs
• You have a sense of responsibility and demonstrate flexibility
• You show initiative and are proactive
• You are proficient in French, both spoken and written
• You have basic IT knowledge, especially of the Office suite
