You will take on:

• You are responsible for the professional care and support of our residents, in particular for the goal-oriented planning, implementation and evaluation of all steps along the care process
• You support the well-being of the residents and actively shape everyday life in the home
• You document in the electronic patient record, the service recording and in the RAI
• You support the positive working and living atmosphere with your personality, your professional competence, your open communication style, your appreciative interaction with everyone

You bring with you:

• completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH, ideally with experience in dealing with elderly people
• calmness and composure and a critical view of the work environment
• desire to make a difference and joy in the profession
• natural manner in which you relate to the residents and their relatives and a winning way in which you communicate

The St. Katharinental Clinic introduces itself

The St. Katharinental Clinic in Diessenhofen is a company of Spital Thurgau AG with a total of 132 beds. In the historic surroundings of the former monastery, we offer the areas of musculoskeletal, internal medicine, oncological and geriatric rehabilitation, acute rheumatology as well as long-term care. Each year we care for around 1,700 inpatient rehabilitation patients and provide an extensive outpatient service.
