Production Team Leader 100% (Try & Hire)

For our renowned client Siemens, a globally leading technology corporation, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a dynamic and goal-oriented leader as Production Team Leader (100%).

Your Tasks

• Process & Production Responsibility: You ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production lines while adhering to strict quality standards
• Team Leadership & Development: You lead, support and develop your team through targeted coaching, regular feedback and clear objectives.
• Occupational Safety & Ergonomics: You ensure the highest occupational safety standards through risk assessments, hazard prevention and ergonomic workplace design.
• Capacity Planning & Delivery Capability: You manage production processes proactively, respond flexibly to disruptions and ensure on-time delivery.
• Shopfloor Management: Daily meetings, production tours and close coordination on the shopfloor are part of your daily work.
• Continuous Improvement & Efficiency: You continuously optimise your area, keep cost efficiency in view and drive continuous improvement processes forward.
• Projects & New Introductions: You actively participate in cross-departmental initiatives and accompany new products until series maturity.

• Education: Technical vocational training with successfully completed further education (Technician HF or comparable qualification)

• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing – preferably in the electronics environment

• Leadership Competence: Proven experience in staff management in a production environment

• Personality: Proactive, dynamic, empathetic, strong communication skills and goal-oriented with exemplary manners

• Methods & IT: Knowledge in Lean Management / continuous improvement is desirable; proficient use of SAP and MS Office is required
