About the job

YOUR MISSION

• Customer support for a specific product area 
• Contact person in internal sales and interface to field sales, product management and logistics 
• Quotation preparation and active follow-up 
• Order processing, monitoring of ongoing orders, as well as generating follow-up orders 
• Handling orders with suppliers, including deadline tracking 
• Implementing customer projects in close cooperation and coordination with field sales and product management 

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship 
• You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in internal sales, preferably with a technical background 
• You have already worked with an ERP system 
• You have a strong customer and sales orientation and enjoy telephone customer contact 
• You are a team player with high self-motivation, independence and reliability 
• You have very good German and good English skills 
• You are familiar with Office products
