Your area of responsibility
- Regularly taking over practical duties in the areas of room care, laundry service, and guest service / cafeteria (approx. 60%)
- Support in planning, organizing, and
ensuring the smooth processes of the hotel industry - Ensuring the exchange of information and the
transfer of knowledge to employees - Assistance in organizing and conducting team meetings as well as training and further education
- Assistance in organizing and conducting events
- Assistance in training apprentices
Your skills
- Basic training and several years of professional experience in at least one of the mentioned hotel industry areas
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Responsible, team-oriented, and
communicative personality - Very good computer and German language skills
- Goal-oriented and empathetic personality who maintains an open and friendly approach towards
residents and employees
