Within our maintenance team, you play a key role in the reliability and performance of our production facilities. Thanks to your mechanical expertise, you help ensure equipment availability, operational safety, and continuous improvement of our industrial processes.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• In collaboration with the production teams, you carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities and participate in troubleshooting on call.
• You ensure the updating and management of the technical documentation of the installations.
• You actively contribute to criticality analyses and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimising equipment reliability.
• You plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of our facilities.
• You actively participate in modification, improvement, and commissioning projects of new equipment, providing your technical expertise throughout the process.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a mechanic, polymechanic, or equivalent training deemed appropriate.
• Proven experience in an industrial environment, ideally in maintenance.
• Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills to effectively resolve complex technical issues.
• Rigour in applying professional requirements, safety standards, and current procedures.
• Strong awareness of safety issues, both for yourself and your colleagues.
• Proactive, reliable, and autonomous person who also enjoys teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Fluency in French.
