IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

You support the 1st and 2nd level helpdesk and handle incidents and tickets
You resolve problems remotely or on site and escalate complex cases
You monitor and maintain customer infrastructures and ensure SLA compliance
You install and configure cloud and on-premises environments and ensure ticket quality
You support customers directly and work on IT projects, migrations, and cloud services
Qualifications:
You have an IT education, HF/FH degree or many years of practical experience and bring technical understanding
You are familiar with Windows Server/Client and Microsoft 365
You have knowledge of networks, firewalls, routers, and switches. Linux is an advantage
You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented and are a committed team player who enjoys customer contact
You have very good German and good English skills and hold a category B driving licence
