The Hospital Nidwalden is a modern acute care hospital with 90 beds, around 600 dedicated employees, and is responsible for extended primary care. We are looking to strengthen our team from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• You will manage Hospital Nidwalden operationally, strategically develop the location, and carefully accompany the planned new hospital construction from planning to implementation
• You will actively shape the further integration of the location into the LUKS Group and drive corresponding development processes forward
• You bear overall responsibility for a high-quality, economical, and patient-oriented healthcare provision
• You will specifically promote interprofessional collaboration and simultaneously strengthen a appreciative, performance-oriented leadership culture
• You maintain dialogue with internal and external stakeholders and represent the hospital convincingly to authorities, politics, and partner organisations

Your experience

• University degree or comparable education, supplemented by further training in business administration, health economics, or management
• Several years of leadership experience in hospital or healthcare with comprehensive result responsibility
• Sound understanding of hospital processes, medical and nursing organisation, as well as business management contexts
• Experience in transformation processes and in managing complex projects (ideally also in construction or real estate)
• Integrative and convincing leadership personality with high social competence, strategic thinking, pronounced implementation strength, and the ability to involve different stakeholders
