Team Leader Property Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Role:
You will take on the leadership of the rental property team and be responsible for the high-quality management of the properties under your care. You will support your team both professionally and personally, take on selected mandates, and act as a competent contact person for property owners. Together with management, you will continuously develop processes, (leadership) structures, and collaboration within the area.
Responsibilities:
You lead the membership team both professionally and personally and ensure clear priorities and reliable processes in day-to-day business
You independently manage selected residential and commercial properties, supported by the administrative staff
Support of property owners as well as coordination with caretakers and external partners
You accompany new mandates, integrate them into existing processes, and further develop processes and quality standards.
Depending on experience, you take on additional responsibility in the area of condominium ownership.
You work closely with management and actively contribute to the further development of the area
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in the real estate industry and know the requirements for professional mandate management
The federal specialist certificate as a real estate manager, the federal diploma as a real estate trustee, or an equivalent further qualification is required
You already have leadership experience or are ready to take on team responsibility in the near future
Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style with confident demeanour
Even in demanding situations, you remain calm and clear and communicate reliably
Experience in condominium ownership is an advantage; confident use of Rimo R5 is a must
Qualification as a vocational trainer or willingness to obtain this qualification
