• You take over and shape the nursing process based on the nursing models and nursing diagnoses established at LUKS
• You actively shape the quality of care and contribute to effective and continuously improved patient care
• You coordinate nursing in the interprofessional team and actively contribute to smooth collaboration
• You are enthusiastic about guiding, supporting and assessing students and trainees and promote their professional and personal development

Your experience

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
• You are resilient, communicative and approach your environment openly and appreciatively. Teamwork is an important part of your daily work
• You approach patients and their relatives with empathy and high social competence, thereby creating a trusting, professional care
