The Institute of Anaesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine performs more than 32,000 services annually in the field of outpatient and inpatient anaesthesiology, in in-hospital and out-of-hospital emergency medicine as well as in acute and chronic pain medicine. In the field of pain medicine, the IFA ensures optimal care for over 2,000 patients annually.

Your main tasks
- Front office: Reception of patients, organisation and coordination of various consultations of several doctors.
- Back office:
- administrative tasks and report dispatch,
- complaint management
- telephone and written contact with patients, referrers, insurance companies as well as internal and external contacts,
- processing of waiting lists,
- handling of referrals and triage,
- preparation of the intervention and consultation rooms of the pain outpatient clinic
- Close cooperation with the medical staff in both front and back office
Your profile
- Completed training as a medical practice assistant, medical secretary or as a businesswoman / businessman
- Experience in organising and scheduling complex appointments
- Experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Precise and accurate working style
- Resilience
- Communicative personality with high social competence and good manners
- Enjoyment in contact with patients and their relatives
- Good PC user skills (including Outlook, Word)
- Very good German skills, good English skills, additional foreign language skills are an advantage
